It is always a big part of the hip hop world when there are news of our favorite stars being arrested, and what they were arrested for. Lil Boosie was arrested back in April of 2009 on battery and assault charges, but what is the real story? What really happened? To some, he may be guilty; however, many tend to believe that he is a victim of fame, with his actions always being closely watched.

Lil Boosie was arrested after two apparent altercations which took place in March and April of 2009. These are known as his most popular arrest. In late March, rapper Lil Boosie was in an altercation with an employee at Celebration Station in Baton Rouge, LA, where he allegedly punched the employee in the face after being told he was not following the proper rules for to go karts. Lil Boosie left after being told by the employee that the police were going to be called.

During April, Lil Boosie got into a serious fight on his residence with an unknown man. This man accused Lil Boosie of taking a piece of jewelry from him. The fight was reportedly intense, and left his victim in need of 13 stitches at the local hospital. He also had a mild concussion and received three staples because of the altercation with Lil Boosie. After this he was taken into custody on April 22, 2009, on one count of aggravated second-degree battery, and simple battery.

Other than these major arrests which were glorified by the media, Lil Boosie has also been arrested many other countless times since he was an adolescent. He was also reportedly arrested since his fame for possession of drugs (weed), violation on probation, carrying concealed weapons, and and resisting an officer both with and without violence involved.  Recently there has been some new music from this artist, but most fans agree (as stated on a Lil Boosie website) that he is going to be behind bars for several years.
