A Pre Wedding Video Is Best Watched Right After The Wedding

It is not unusual, in this modern age, for a bride and groom to view their pre wedding video on the day after their marriage, if not at some point after they have returned from their honeymoon. This very special piece of nostalgia has one purpose: to show each partner, the way they were, before they became married. That it is sentimental video footage is very important to remember, so is the selection of the person who will shoot such a video for the couple to be. Budgetary considerations must be made, but the most important thing will be for the person who will be shooting this type of media to show up at the right time.

Sometimes a bride and groom will want this sort of video shot at a rehearsal dinner they are having with the members of their immediate wedding party. This gives the guests a chance to wish them well on the pre wedding video, and to say what is on their mind on that particular night, which could very well be the night before the wedding, if not just a day or so in-between. Another kind of video is where the bride and groom are spending time in a favorite location that they have been going to during their courtship.

The cost for making pre wedding videos can run from free, using a member of the family who has volunteered for the job, to hundreds of dollars by hiring a professional. If one hires a professional, the cost will be by the hour and will include the cost of the film or cartridge. This can be a “package” or can be done on an hour-by-hour basis with a minimum of two or more hours or possibly less than that. Paying over four hundred dollars for a few hours of work is not unheard of. Video professionals will explain all of their costs to you, once you look for a quote.
